Privacy and your information
This page explains how we use information provided when requesting a measurement or downloading the market report.
Stored information
Email address, form language, request time and consent choices. We also record when the report is retrieved using your temporary access.
Email and marketing
The report is available without marketing consent. Tips and news are a separate optional choice. This form sends no confirmation email: the PDF downloads directly.
Storage and access
Data is in the portal database and accessible only to its administrator. The report form does not share it with partners. A temporary cookie only authorizes downloading; no advertising cookies are used.
Measurement request
When you request a measurement, your name, contact details, project address and message are sent to the partner you select so they can respond. Delivery uses an email service or your own email application. These details are not added to the report-request database.
Abuse prevention
To limit spam through the measurement form, we use technical counters based on protected hashes of the email address and IP address. They expire after one hour and are deleted when a subsequent request is processed. These counters do not contain a name, project address or message.
Country and language
When you enter the homepage, we select a version using your browser language and the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider. A manual country and language choice is stored in the portal_locale cookie for 365 days. You can change the setting in the website header or delete this cookie in your browser.
