Practical information
Good decisions
start with questions.
We have collected the key information on choosing windows and doors, working with a company in our network and preparing your project.
How is the quotation prepared?
Once the dimensions, material and fittings are agreed, we prepare a quote. It covers the agreed delivery, installation, removal and finishing work.
Can I choose a company from another country?
You can contact any company in the directory. Confirm availability and the terms for work at your address directly with your chosen company.
When will I know the delivery and installation timeline?
We agree the timing once the specification and production availability are confirmed. We confirm the delivery and installation schedule before fulfilling the order.
Who handles service after installation?
You receive service contact details and terms with your order. Contact the company from our network that carried out your project.
Do I buy from the network or from a company in the directory?
The company handling your project prepares the quotation and agrees the order terms. You benefit from the resources of our network and manufacturing in Poland.
Does every company offer all systems?
The availability of brands and systems may vary between network partners. Your chosen partner will explain the solutions available in their range.
Can I see samples?
Ask your chosen company about sample books, samples and viewing options. Confirm the address and appointment before visiting.
Is the measurement visit free?
You can request a free measurement visit through our network. We confirm visit availability and timing for the project address provided.
Are the windows made to measure?
Yes. The specification sets out dimensions, divisions, colour, opening style and features. Production starts once the order has been agreed.
